he's clearly a wimp!
ha, i've been speaking to him he will probably be out 6-8 weeks, think its his fibula.
he will probably be just as fit in 8 weeks as he is now - no drink and junk food, all bannned! Perkins will miss his energy on the pitch for the next few weeks but at least Nipper might get a game now.

Hope you ok chris, know how you feel and long road in getting back, just concentrate on next season and being right, same for you brendan!!

Chris, was it a challenge or did you do something like I did?

all the best to both of you!

Hear another player broke his leg on say playing for bels, surely with all these breaks the league are going to make insurance for players compulsory! Although that will only be if it means they make money out of it!! :flip:

yes, it was a bells player and it looked very bad he was in excruciating pain.

it was not a bad tackle ian rudd landed on his leg with his back side horrible to see
wish the lad a speedy and full recovery and would like to know how he is doing.

sorry to hear about you chris did not know wish you all the best and hope you recover quick.

At the very least, in the Prem, i think the league should be making it compulsory for teams to have qualified physios.

If not qualified, then a mandatory First Aid course is needed for at least one club official to be present at every game.

I still find it amusing they can insist on a roped off playing area, but no requirement for medical back up should the need arise.

Mr Duffy! How the devil are you? I think that The Hoops were unlucky and keep drawing some difficult teams in the groups stages and then the next round after.
