Must say the local derby today between moulton and pinchbeck showed that there are some good sides outside the pboro area. Game of two halves moulton dominated first half, but in the second half felt as if we gave them a game.

Reffed by everyones mate MR.THOROLD. didnt think he was to bad seen him have worse games. Even though he was a little picky on some bookings.

Finaly Posey must have put in a contender for goal of the season. Went past 2 defenders and then struck a shot from 35 yards into the top corner. It hard swerve dip the lot, awesome strike.

Good luck to Moulton on their quest for the champioship, could be a interesting 2nd half to the season.

Nice to read comments from the supporter of a team that lost not blaming the ref, the pitch, the weather or the tactics of the opposition for the loss. You are quite right the game was fairly close and, on balance, either team could have nicked it. Nice to see a game which obviously meant a lot to both sides played in the right spirit, hard but fair. Moulton should have had it wrapped with the second pen, but the story of our season so far, we like to make things difficult for ourselves! Nice to see our friends from Peterborough almost writing us off already. Hotpoint twice and Ortonians at home, it ain't over 'til Tommy C. sings!!!!!

Would pretty much agree with you pufc army, thought we were the better side 1st half and should have had it wrapped up by the break, but the combination of a great goal from your promising forward and a very good 2nd half display from yourselves meant a very tight game.

We didnt expect anything else as games between us are always tight, and pinchbeck are not to be taken lightly.

Good to have close games between us and feel that pinchbeck will go on to beat quite a few teams this season.

I though it was about twenty yards out and rolled down his shin (hence the ball dipping so much).
