Lets have your opinions about the big game this weekend, whos gonna win? Im gonna back moulton of course but do u reccon?
At last a different subject. I said it a couple of weeks ago when I noted that any one of six or seven sides could yet win the title. Drove, one of these numbers remind me very much of Moulton when they were promoted to the top flight several years ago. One season to bed down before moving onto better things. They have put together a good set of results recently. Having pushed Hotpoint hard last month losing out by the odd goal in five they have bounced back with four straight wins including impressive victories over both Peterborough Sports and Ortonians as well as progressing in the Senior Cup with a hard fought success at Kings Cliffe.
As your manager said last weekend your home form is a bit patchy and now might the best time to put you under pressure. I still think the best Drove can hope for is a point, but I feel that a single goal win for Moulton is more likely
Credit to the Moulton boys after their 2-1 win but there's still a long way to go yet!

Played against Parsons Drove on saturday, and got to be honest i don't think they'll even make the top six . A few good players but too many just want to start fighting everyone, now i don't know if it was because it was a local derby but at times it was quite comical !
Can't really remember them having a chance to score, even the goal was against the run of play & a soft goal to conceed, but we got the result we needed and that was the most important thing . As for Parsons Drove you can't knock their commitment and i do think they will beat some top teams this season but not top six .
I thought the Drove had got rid of that reputation that haunted them the last 2 seasons, I never saw it when we played them a few games back and if it has re-emerged it will be bad news for them because if they concentrated on their playing side they can do some damage to sides on their day
