All a bit quite on here - how about some predictions then?

how do you think the league are felling looking at our division. when royal mail said they wouldnt be strong enough for the prem to see them walking our league. i take it this will be there last year as if they didnt want it last year then surly they wont want it nxt year. with the additions they have made this year made them far stronger

to be fair Hemps signed one or 2 from McCains and couldn't have predicted that could he? also it's tight at the top as Limetree will push them all the way plus Scarletts and EMAP have to play Mail again also, plus Deeping so anything can happen there...
Mail have 2 or 3 lads playing that may retire end of season as they're getting on so who knows what'll happen with his side, I wish them all the best personally as it's tough to run a side and do well locally...
sean was that scarletts prediction a little wind up towards me? come on the tap ha ha ha

I have no idea what Fratelli are like but I thought you'd give em a good game Richie, hope you get a good home draw in the next round and go further...
How about a side bet Richie? a pint per goal either of our teams score this Sunday (provided we both play that is)? So if we get 3 goals and Scarletts get 2 you owe me a pint....

hahaha Shoes and Tap on a par I'd say and we're away...
Shoe's have a few good whittlesey based lads (not their prem players though), I'd say they are a big physical side who try and out muscle opponents, 2 good central midfielders but poor out wide, everything goes down the middle with them...
I'll revise my prediction then mate.

thats better sean ha ha ha.hopefully i will be full back if they are crap out wide and not centre half like i was on sunday.you reckon we will beat them? and be honest this time!

Yeah if I'm honest I would predict a really tough physical game as you lot can mix it up too and I honestly think if they turn up with a full team it will be a close game but I'd say you'd win by 1 or 2 goals providing they dont wind your lads up too much and they lose their cool..... serious prediction 4-2 or 4-3 to you lot...

There mixed race winger was not too bad at Shoes though if I remember correctly? Well he was fast anyhow - good luck Rich mate!

We lay on a decent spread back at the Windmill pub but they are sh*ting themsleves with your lot coming back, they reckon you'll all be eating for free to feed yourselves for the week and they know Dalts will be front of que for the sausages hahahaha!!!

4 starters, 2 mains and 3 or 4 desserts went in the blink of an eye on our end of season do last term hahahaha

hang on, hang on, it'll be me doing the 'megging' and Richie walking off shamed hahaha... I doubt very much I'll be getting 90 mins for EMAP any time soon, maybe next year though if I ever get anywhere near fit again.

The replay will be a big one, but we're already 1 nil up so the best you can hope for is a draw and then it's down to MEGS rites hahahaha

Thing is the NFA wont allow us to officialy change our team name until end of this season - so for now we're officially called EMAP but we're getting (Another) new kit in 2 weeks that will have BAUER all over it - so we'll be both for a short time!!!
New kit is the nuts.... training tops etc to follow summer time!!!
BAUER are dead keen to continue supporting us and having just spent 1.2 BILLION quid in cash to buy EMAP they aint short of cash....
Bauer are a good company to work for. I worked for them at their Camden HQ a couple of years ago. Not having any pesky shareholders to worry about certainly allows them to be generous when they want to be.
lets just hope they dont want to watch you play first to see if you deserve it eh sean.:str:.

hahaha I hear they love a 'lost cause' so I'm hoping they dont see your lot 1st and decide to switch their support to you instead.... Seriously though we've gone from the old 5th Div (bottom off it too) up to 3rd in the 1st Div in 5 seasons since we took over so I'm sure they'll see the worth in their investment!!!!
By the way your bird has just said your sad being online for so long and she was not impressed with you talking about this site and football ALL through your lunch date today hahahaha who's in trouble????

actually 4 seasons since we took over the team (me running it and the core of my lads playing etc)
hahaha. it was an excuse to talk about you mate. bauer can buy us a new strip by all means if they want. will get angela to have a word. oh and sure she wont be pleased to know you called her a bird!:nono:
