Football Club Insurance

Anyone got any pointers as to a good Club insurance ? How much, whats the pay out etc.

Gary, give me a bell tomorrow and I will have all of the info for the Insurance company we use etc.

I think the premium costs us about £600 per year to cover both teams, and I believe the payout is £100 per week after the initial week when the injury is reported. We have had that level of cover for a couple of years now and I know that as a couple of our lads have had cause to claim the expense has been well worth it.

By the way, the players don't contribute to the premiums, thats a club responsibility to find the dosh!

Yeh I know, its my intention for the club to pay it too. Had some really good sponsorship and fundraising this year.

great idea and i recommend it as per my situation with broken leg.

ortonians players pay £10 at beginning ofthe season!! Not sure of what we pay overall.
