Your thoughts? We need something - I was at Stamford Bridge this week to see a pitiful Pizarro up front; Sheva is injured and Drogba is at ANCup. Kalou is too young.

Nic is undoubtedly a quality forward and seems to have caused less trouble during recent stints at Man City and Bolton. He has already scored 11 goals this season in a stuggling side . . . as a Chelsea fan, I am over the moon.

I think it's a great signing. A proven goal scorer and a fantastic talent, event at 28. With the players around him, I personally feel he will be immense and get a hatful of goals, maybe even prem top scorer.
