Hi Sparky, and any other Real March followers.

All seems to have gone quiet on the Real March front lately. What's happening over there now?

I heard that you guys got taken over by Emneth Seniors. Where's that leave you in the scene?

Well its got rid of at least 9 of the original team and emneth players have joined, our captain wayne has been told he’s not needed so he’s been dropped , one of our best defenders Is in the running to be dropped, and also I’ve left and Michael anderton I heard this morning has left the club, he got told he was bad for the team because of his attitude.basically coz he was a joker. great bloke if you ask anyone
I know a number of players who have quit and some that are likely to follow, I’ve heard that there’s an enquiry because of some illegal players playing in a cup game.

So there's gonna be quite a few of you lot not playing much then?

I thought you guys were on a roll too at the start of the year, you had some good Cup results.

Doesnt sound good about the ringers!

Sounds like there's no loyalty then Sparky from the Abramovich wannabee Chairman :mnn: , all these boys have come to the club to give it a go this year with promises no doubt from him, then before you know it there all gone and he has a whole new team for the second half of the season, which i can't understand how that can be fare for the other teams in the league. Effectively, if the rumours are right, from now on everyone who plays Real March are basically playing a half decent (well they were) division one side. I suppose only time will tell weather they will be any better than the crop that was there from the start, just seems unfair on the other lads. But i suppose if you want to be in the Premiership playing Man U, Chelsea and the others within 8 years you have to make sacrifices !!!!

So who else has left then Sparky? Any decent players other teams can snatch up?

Looking on PDFL, there's only a few of your players, sorry ex teammates, that have scored goals!!

I'm playing for (well trying too  ) P'Boro Rovers on a Satuday now and then... We were due to be playing March this Saturday but I've just been told the game is off as March are suspended - something about non-payment of monies owed!!!!
Anyone know whats happening with them?? I was looking forward to another run-out!!

wait a minute, maybe our manager has pulled the old "We got no game boss" trick on me

I've heard that Steve Dickinson is playing for Estover Park in the Cambs League this weekend. The signs are ominous...

i take it that's March St Mary you're supposed to be playing "back of the net". It's about a cheque they sent in to pay a fine or some fee's which turned out to be one that Curtly Ambrose would be proud of, a real nasty bouncer!!!!!!!

i previously mentioned it could all end in tears

Rumour has it that inelegible players have been playing and that the money has dried up, also the chairman and new manager are struggling with paperwork etc

Shame, because at the start of the season great things were promised that i have been told would of come to fruition

"if it aint broke, dont fix it" comes to mind???

QUESTION: if Emneth folded because of iregularities, not paying owed fees etc and not being able to field a team each week, how come that the manager and players are now at Real March and think it will be any better??? i presume the P&DFL will be keeping a close eye on future precedings

From the scoreline and the goalscorers Sparky there must of been some serious changes of hearts as all those who were surplus to requirements and leaving scored!!! or was it an admistration error!!!!!!

He was an unused sub. We were winning 2-1 against top of the league and a midfielder came on for a striker to make it 4-5-1. We spent the rest of the game defending after that and it just about worked.

I can understand why the manager was fair to those who have been there since the beginning, however I maintain that we still need another striker. Hopefully the experience of being unplayed won't put him off and he'll be back next weekend ...
