This is my first ever attempt at one of these bad boys... so bare with me.

We started craply and ended craply,

First -Starting craply:
As the ref blew his whistle to start the game we only had 10 men on the pitch as many of our players had been stuck in traffic. So know proper warm up either.

We actually still started rather brightly (first time for everything) and when the 11th player took the field we took the lead...a great ball from Slim Bratts (no favouratism) was then hooked across for Deboo to finish! This was short lived, i picked up a knee injury after a Sutton defender tried to blast the ball clear, as i hobbled off like a plum Sutton broke away to score...sorry didn't even see the goal.

I did see their second though as the impressive no. 8 cut inside to smash a shot in to the top corner...great goal, simple.

We continued to actually play ok, well when we went forwards and drew level again, deservedly so. We then soon had more chances with Deboo nearly scoring a very similar goal to his first, but missing the ball this time. He was then denied again after the keeper was caught out a Sutton defender made a great save WITH HIS HANDS only for the ref not to give a penalty (hmmm first name terms with the Sutton players...you bet!) :bby:

Shortly after it was Sutton causing problems and again went infront after some poor defending from PSL simply not clearing their lines.

Again the response was quick from PSL and Heyes smashed/sliced a shot over the Sutton keeper.

3-3 Half time

Second half was boring as hell and besides my arms are now aching!

Ending craply:
We messed up again not clearing our lines after numerous chances and Long Sutton took a 4-3 lead which they held on to.

Summary:
A game we should have won, we had the chances, Deboo and Heyes were impressive upfront, but our defending was abysmal at times and Sutton could have won by more at the end. However, though they have alot of pace upfront i am surprised at their league postion, maybe they had an off day against us, but we did not play as well as we can (again) and should have at least drawn.

if your ball to young joseph deboo was that good slim bratts you're wasted at the back and should be in midfield! :bst:

JB - He was playing in midfield :stpd:

I wasnt there myself, and i am baffled as to why we started with 10 men, yes players were late getting there, but the player that started th game late came with 2 other players that also arrived late yet got out onto the pitch before kick off, so why was the 11th man still in the changing rooms, personally if i had of been there he would have started on the bench!! But that was braggy's call on the day and aint going to say he done wrong or right by that.

We go on week in week out about not being good enough, simple fact is we ARE!! I think too many players think this division was going to be a breeze, WELL WAKE UP LADS, cos if we dont get our HEAD out of our ARSES we wont win fcuk all this season.

Yes bratts is ranting again :blh:

WHY? Cos it diasppointing knowing we have dropped 9 points this season so far that we SHOULD have HAD!!

Cup game this saturday lets hope we up for that!!!

First rule of this forum post is we do not talk about such immature facebook groups!

Besides we have a new right back and he is quality so looks like i may be keeping the bench warm

Bratts, how are you mate?
Hope you enjoying your holiday!
I know as time goes on you are getting to look more like me, but you must have put some weight behind that shot last week, cos according to you, you were not at the reserves game, yet the E.T and the PDFL both have you down as scoring. Great goal mate from that distance!!!

Bratts, if it wasn't you, who was it? My money is on your mum, cos she stands more chance of scoring a goal than slim bratts!!! Results not going too well at the moment for you, but i'm sure you'll still be up there at the end of the season

Budda - as far as i know it was jo deboo and nick heyes (2) that got our goals...long way to go in the season, we need to raise our game if we want to be there at the end, we had a perfect chance against long sutton to edge close to them but blew it....
