So Sawtry are you fielding a stronger side than last time when we beat you with 10 men?? :gun:
They looked better than that when we faced them a couple of weeks ago.
Harbs, i think you have given Sawtry their team talk!
Did Castor have some players missing last week? Apart from your good self. Manea did'nt break sweat from what we saw.
Harbs, have your lads commented on whether Doddington are worthy of their lofty league position? :soo:

very tight league, have a few clubs really been deducted points? doesnt show in the league standingsfrom what i can see.
I don't know mate, I have had a kidney infection so didn't make it down to see the game. From what I have heard, we had a quite strong side, but it was just one of those funny days - a little like a bad night in Russia on Wednesday! Manea seem to be a bit of a bogey side for us and the way they set up seems to work well against C&A. Luckily, I'm only missing two cup games and Peterborough City, so at least I'm getting down the gym now (three months late!) :lol:

I think castor only had 2 players missing from when we played them last time.
plus a new goalie.
we seem to out play them al over.
I went off in the first game and was carrying a knock... was absent the second game, but in both games we were just plain and simple rubbish. I will be honest, so you can trust that I am speaking the truth in the future! :mnn:

You just couldnt handle the strikers last week they were on form!!
You goalie wasnt to bad to be honest it shd have been alot more!!

Yido, correct me if i am wrong and i apologise if i am, but are you a striker? and did you score 3? Shameless self promotion.
Although, thinking about it you're probably right. Poor game and to think we travelled for 45 mins to get to Manea, yes thats right 45 mins, great map reading little Baines and Cone :mad: even more annoying as my bladder had inflated to a seat belt stretching size. :bub:
Anyway, hope to see a good match report from Harbs after the Sawtry boys tear into Eye, should be a hard fought battle. If Eye are full strength, perhaps a repeat result is on the cards :soo:
Freak goal from near the corner flag, you cheeky ****! I chipped from the corner of the 18 yard box and shouted that it was a goal as it left my foot - even Duckers said so and he'd have loved to have said it was a hit n hope. Ask Real March, they had one similar against 'em at Christchurch - hey Sparky? !! :lol:

i spent a good hour writing a match report then i pressed preview instead of submit and switched my lap top off!
came on today and realised what i had done! gawd i will write it again later!
ok, i'll do it instead . . .
eye took the lead 1-0. then gave away a penalty and had a man sent off (good hands for rugby dom!). penalty was missed.
1-0 half time.
sawtry then read harbs banter/comments on their dressing room internet terminal and came out fired up and turned it round 3-1 job done!
