Lee - i'd like to think we be there or there abouts mate..we havent had the best starts to the season, but there is a long way to go and a lot of points to play for, made 3 good signings this week and after the start we have had ( 3 games n 4 points ) will be looking to put them straight in n shake things up a bit. My lads know they got to get there :mnn: into gear if they want to win something this year...we will always score goals with the quality we have in midfield n upfront, we just got to learn how to defend ( as a team ).

Same boat as me it seems. Keeping strong competition for places is definately key mate. Making them signings will give the players there already the kick up the arse you are looking for when they go straight to the bench as a result of them joining!

At any level it is sometimes awkward when you build friendships with players n they take their place for granted and dont fully digest what your telling them. Its drawing a line between friend and gaffa. As for them brothers they never know the line! :lol:

Tell me about it!! A lot of the lads that play for me are very good friends and its hard to say to them ' sorry but your on the bench this week ' but i have put friends b4 winning too many times n it has cost me important results, so got to come down hard on the friendship side for 90mins every saturday, even slim bratts knows he got to show his worth on the pitch n not get his place just cos he my brother ( although saturday he may have been the loudest player on the pitch ) he had a poor game by his standards....n the step over he did was hilarious :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Your right bro, i was crap on sat... so was everyone else, but im in the team cuz i should be (players player last season :nwy: ...yes i bribed them all) ... the only title we are currently likely to get is...worst waste of talent.

As for my step/drag/whatever it was/ over....classic hall of famer, :stpd: not even a defender near me, i think it was due to the shock of not being at right back for a change!
