Not if I have anything to do with it!!! See you on Sunday!!!!
Powerleague 1 v 7 Netherton -(Powerleague were poor last week but apparently had 7 players missing so hopefully they turn up this week and prove my prediction wrong) :soo:
Racing 252 3 v 2 McCains -(Should be a good game with McCains flying after winning the Jube 5's and Racing being under new management by the legendary Lee Tyler_RACING REVOLUTION!!! :nwy: )
Woodston 1 v 1 Lord Westwood -(Not sure if Westwood have a few sidelined so play safe with a draw)

For various reasons I presume
Dont blame the committee its not all their fault
by the way they had no hand in the selection of England "B" team playing Israel

this is ridiculous.
something needs to be done. were we even consulted before it was cancelled as we have several qualified refs who could have done the job.
I deliberately haven't joined in the comittee bashing that has gone on this summer. But this takes the **** to be honest.
Sunday league is ****, run by idiots
Not the Teams or players just the people who run it

sunday league has gone down hill big time.
i remember it used to be exciting getting up knowing that theres a great game against a great team & normaly a close one with very good refs.
the last time i played sunday mornings 3 seasons ago i played for nags head & we played at least 4 games were it was against 10 or even 9 one game we played against 8 and won 17-0 & that was in the prem

just woke up, unusual luxury during footy season, so if all them games are of and teams keep being lost i take it nxt year there will only be 3 leagues, looks like its going to be a hard season for some 1 game a month

Racing 252's game was the only game in the prem again this week and they beat McCains 2-0 to make it 2 wins out of 2, the ref was awful and didnt help the match at all as both teams ended with 10 men!!
Celtic 2, The Mighty Gers 4

Sounds like the future of sunday morning football is going to be very short lived if it carrys on like this. Such a shame i remeber when 1st moved to the area 8 years ago and there was at least 12 teams in each division and there was 6 divs at the time to. One does wonder where has it all gone wrong?!!!
I wish ours had been called off! Shocking result 3-6 against the Mailmen. We conceded 5 very tame goals and one great long-range effort. Should've scored four in the first half, but we were second best for the vast majority of the game. Poor - a needed wake-up call after a great pre-season. Roll on next week.

Wouldn't say the mailmen beating E-map was "shocking". Something that should of happened twice last year.
As for 5 tame goals  , I will give you one or two, as for the others, maybe you should of gone off earlier and you would of seen clearer that they weren't actually that bad a goals.
Look forward to the home tie (If I play) and hoepfully try to get 7.
The five goals that I mentioned were tame, in the respect that they shouldn't have happened - our defence was more than a little flat-footed and completely unaware of what was around them. We have a few additions to our squad this year, so a 6-3 home defeat is shocking . . . and there's no need to take the p1ss and say about going off earlier . . . I too look foward to the next time we play too; you all talk a lot.
Looks to me that the mailmen done there talking with there feet :nwy:
 Point taken! look forward to the return fixture ;o)

The Mail lads certainly did do their talking with their feet - I was just gutted to miss it (was on holiday!)...
by all accounts both teams had loads of chances so no surprise of a high scoring game, just gutted we were on the wrong end of it.
Makes for a good replay!
But Whoever posted the message that they should have beat us by more last season is having a laugh!
2-1 in the 1st game we lost last year after being 1 up and then missing several sitters to seal the game, Mail steal a goal on HT and then it's evens till 75 mins when Hemps controls the ball with his hand in our area and slots home - nobody celebrates or complains as we are ALL sure the ref wont give it.. he did and we lost 2-1.. we took the 1st half they took the 2nd and a draw was certainly on the cards!
replay away last season.. we get our striker sent off after 5 mins by a referee that had a shocking game, no warning and sent of for saying a decision he made was sh*t.. We drew 2-2 after a hard fought game and everyone barr Hemps shook hands and agreed it was a real battle and well deserved point each!..
Roll on the season ahead anyway, the league will sort out everyone without us all waffling on here I guess ....

Love it when people bite.
And Not only did I get one bite I got two!!! *vict*
You should take up fishing. :nwy:
what you been saying mate royal mail embarrassed you boys when we got going you scored a weak goal then when we got one back it was a different story after that it was all one way traffic lol :moped:
ah mopeds... those were the days.
such fond memories.
so whats all this crying from the boys that took a thrashing off the royal mail :snt:
Haha Elliott! I nearly scored my free kick though, Michael Buffon Owens made a great save!
Bit late for a post but went straight away on holiday after the mail match. We, EMAP were a poor second in the match, we played to our potential for about 14 mins then packed up. Yes the defence was caught flat footed but to be fair we didn't finish at all well either. Didn't help losing a central defender early on but that was no excuse. We didn't play as a team, no communication at all. Taking nothing away from Mail, Crotty belied his years and one of his three was stunning. We will have to improve bigtime, thing is I know we are capable of much better, next time lads listen to good advice, don't react and play your own game. See you at Werrington Hemps and we will give you a much better game, still fancy our chances, long way to go.
