I know that feeling we have had to bring in a lot of new players to compensate for the ones stepping up after an excellent season for the res and a nightmare for the 1st.

Still expect us to be strong enough to test a few teams.

Going to be a very tough season but as Bluestar rightly adds a lot will depend on whether our excellent crop of youngsters are called up to the firsts.

We will certainly be looking for a good season this time round again.

Pinchbeck have got the strongest squad and by a long way this season.

They recently played against a combined Moulton Harrox first and Pinchbeck first and drew 2:2.

So far they have played Deeping Sport and won 4:1, Old Leake (nr Boston) winning 4:2 and Cowbit (see para above)

They play Holbeach Res on Wednesday and Old Leake at home on Saturday.

Pinchbeck WILL win the league and cup this year.
Runners up could be Bretton (old name silver Jubilee I think)

Your lot best have the balls to back your prediction, I remember you lot beating us pre season last year what was it 1-5 ? Then we managed to beat you twice on the bounce, pre season results mean nothing to me I use them to test the untried players the important score lines start on sept 1st

I still think that you will win it if not get promoted

pinchbeck will have strong team if 1st team dnt take them but we find it tough due to lack of commitment of certain players but if every1 turns up shud cruise the league
