Racing 252 got of to a good pre-season start with a 6-1 win over Limetree and it could of and should of been many more, but after going 3-0 up within the first 30mins the team took their foot off the pedal and coasted to a good result. And with 4-5 players unavalible it should be a good season ahead for Tyler and the team.
Oh come on Super Jube. You're only saying that because Tyler will get you grounded if not !!!!!!!! :duh2:

Funniest moment of the (pre) season so far....
EMAP turn up at West Town Sunday am for their friendly!
No lines marked up so the ref/groundsman starts to do it, not the best markings in the world but they'll do -
Then a genius from West Town moans at the fella, so he downs tools and clears off leaving us to finish the job!
Up steps..... errr ok it was me, to mark out the half-way line!
Right, The starting point found and accross the pitch in a straight line a finish point is marked..
I set off and go straight across ending bang on target, only to look back to roars of laughter as my straight line seems to have morphed into a huge arc!!! quality!
We won 5-1 but West Town didn't offer to much to be honest, they had players missing and were all over the place, we should have got more!
Be different sunday Botn!!

I hope you're right mate, I dont fancy carving a career as a groundsman marking lines out - I'm rubbish at it!..
Seriously though, of course it'll be different Sunday, you boys will be our toughest test to date and we're looking foward to seeing how we compete with the Prem Champs - if we get anywhere near close I'll be happy enough mate.
Food laid on after the game at The Gordon Arms, see you lads back after for a beer I hope?
You know it will be different JNE, Look forward to seeing some old faces. we will be missing at least a couple of decent players but no excuses, I expect it to be hard but relish the challenge, who's at Jubilee now that I would know, Foggy, Lee Ayres, Danny Wylder Sam KingstoN, any of the Spaldings, Jamie G, Micky Graham, any of the Bannies ?
Hi Mick, Looking forward to it also and got some old faces along with some new ones. Everyone you mentioned still involved one way or another and looking forward to another good season where we hope to retain the league but the aim is the county cup!!
Back for a drink after and a chat which will be good!!
I must admit that I am a little nervous about Sunday morning, with a couple of our best players from pre-season missing . . . go easy on us Jubilee!
Don't recall you being told you were playing Napoli  Just kidding, we can only do our best and if we play to our full potential we can give anyone a decent game, it's very important that we are on top of our game. Going to be interesting for me to see some of my old adverseries, looking forward to it, do hope Foggy has mellowed and doesn't moan as much  Is Tyler playing or is he injured again :soo: see you all Sunday, don't be late. Oh and I don't think they will be taking it easy on us Napoli, I wouldn't want them to.
Sh*t, after those comments Mick, I feel like taking-on the world! Won't be late this week. Is at the Dragons' Lair/Fortress Bushfield? Looking forward to playing against MickG! :hbgr:

Foggy's still moaning as always  but Tyler no longer plays for JNE as he is now player-manager of Racing 252 along with Nippa.
I understand we are playing a combination of 252 and JNE as Shaky has quite a few out.Possible that Tyler, barring injury and Nipper could play ?
Always moan mick :soo:
Hope not playing a combination otherwise what si the point of the friendly. Saying that I know we have some out and I am struggling to play myself with missus being 38 weeks pregnant!!
From what Sean tells me that's the case a combination. I meant that you always moan during the game  not after or before. Hope everything goes well with the mrs :bby:

is that Foggy? if so then you managed PNS recently didnt ya mate? you can help your JNE buddies out if they're short surely?
should be a good game regardless and am looking forward to it, hopefully we can keep the goals we concede to a minimum!!!
Big thank you to Shaky for putting a team out against us today, same thanks to the lads who turned out for Shaky at short notice. Enjoyable game, could have been 8 - 8. It was good for the Emap lads to play against the likes of Jamie, Danny, Andrew, Ian, Sam and of course Randall, how could anyone forget Randall  Best of luck for the season to JNE

yeah thanks to the JNE lads, cracking game to watch, finished 3-3 but as Mick said it could have been anything really,
although at 3-1 up and hitting the bar plus 2 other glaring misses to go further in front I did think we had it....
Credit to the JNE lads, they dug in and produced a couple of quality goals to ensure the draw!
Good luck for the season ahead.
Was nice to play against a better quality of opposition on Sunday - we have certainly come a long way as a club, from drawing with Budget Insurance two seasons ago in Div 4!
dont get too used to the quality you could be back to division 4 in two seasons :P
You need to get laid Harbs! :mnn:
your not my type mate... way too hairy.
Well if you change your mind, just look for my number in your bird's phone under 'r' !!
Only kidding - are you playing in the Darren Wilburn memorial tournament on Sunday?
