due to cricket being played at our lincoln rd home and outgang rd, the venue is werrington sports centre 3pm k.o

I didn't realise they played cricket on the UCL pitch at Outgang Al !!!!!!!

deeping game is 4th august at deeping, we are playing huntingdon town at huntingdon 2nd aug this thursday.

deeping rangers 2- 0 psl

looking at the above score you would think that it was a good result for us, what with a few missing in our team and deeping fully loaded, well i feel a touch disapointed as we could have got at least a draw, deeping were the better team in the 1st half it has to be said, but it should have been 0-0 half time, reg parker gave a corner which was clearly a goal kick, but while skipper joe duffy was moaning to parker and not sorting his defence deeping took a quick short corner swung it into the box for a tap in. ht 1-0 deeping.

2nd half we felt we bossed it and had several good chances to deepings 2-3 chances, some how we even miss an open goal. but with 15 mins to go a deflected shot off randell gave deeping a 2nd goal.

so is it a massive gap between ucl prem and the pdfl prem??? well i think it is very slight which to me show that the pdfl is a strong league and a decent standard

totally agree with your summary of the game al. i think you could see the difference in fitness and the quality of the deeping lads but on the other hand we had quite a weakened team with a fair number of players out of position.

good run out in that heat and i'm sure it's done everyone involved the world of good in terms of fitness which ultimately is all that matters in these games.
