View Full Version : All gone quiet
As per the title, it has gone very quiet here over the last weeks. To be expected really as I, like most others have had enough for the year and am welcoming the break.
Always loads of speculation now as to who is going where, who's signed who, and which manager has p***ed off which other manager.
Having not spoken to any player or manager as to what I am doing next year, I am intrigued to know what the other users are doing? Players and managers alike.
So banter and bickering aside, what say we gents?
How you doing Ronnie? As many people now know i have taken over Eye Sorts & Social, Div 2.
Spoken to a few players but most outside Prem so no threat from me this year poaching players.

Yes Big G it makes quite a change for me to speak to players and find out that it is now "I've had Clippo on the line" rather than you - all the best there next season and hope you find the enjoyment you're looking for.
Ronnie, with all of the PSL team from last year sticking together plus no Spec, Gino or myself in the Peterborough League there might not be the usual merry-go-round?
Heard that Whittlesey have made some decent signings from above and could be the team to beat.
Many thanks Tommy
Hard work ahead of me but cant wait to start.
Looking forward to a Peterborough man running our Peterborough UCL side.

I echo what Tommy said Gino. Hope you really enjoy yourself at Eye Sports. You deserve a bit of a crack after your hard work with Perkins. I'm sure the pub owners are looking forward to you going there too !!!!!!! Also agree hat it's good to see a Boro man at our UCL club. Can only see good things ahead for PNS.
Many thanks
Put alot into Perkins and loved it 99% of the time. I`m sure I`m leaving them in very good hands, Alex is a top man.
Best of luck big man, I really enjoyed working with you and no-one could fault your committment. I know you have a real passion for the game. Eye Sports and Social have made a great move.

Good luck gino i had three wonderful years there as the manager and won 3 promotions and 3 pfa cups but there is something about eye football sides and there committees big probs as well as the parish not being interested in the local football didn't believe roger when it all whent wrong for him, well sorry dodge i know the feeling now. had a dream of taking them back to the prem and i think i would of done it but never mind, hope you do though eye should be there at the top flight. "mark barry" told me he was going back?
Thanks Matt.
Yes Mark has rang to say he wants to be part of eye but only time will tell. Many players are showing interest and it would be nice to see how many come pre season?
Hard work ahead and i cant wait for it to start.
Hey big man you will have to start using Saturday Talk now. Only joking you have earned the right to say what you want where you want.
Welcome to Div2 Gino, be interesting to see what team you get and look forward to playing your lot...
Should be fun buddy :bby:
