Good news to be having a forum this week . This time last year we were also having a bad run of results King left and we went on to win so many games we made the playofs . My concern is that if we do not soon get back to winning ways some of our more senior players will decide to up and leave to join the top teams in the league and I would not be at all surprised if there is one or two of our players they would like :soo: to poach. I am sure that one or two of the London racers team would love to get some ice time in during the rest of the season any chance of an enforcer from them ? :bub: :soo:

Answer to both points is money, money, money !

Players won't leave because they work around here and can't afford to just up and leave their jobs for a low paid bench warming role. Top league sides train five days a week and during daytime ....... you can't do that and do a job so where do your earnings come from? It has to be career first, hockey second unless you are really top draw talent and we don't have any in that bracket ...... yet !

Inbound players from London will be on big money that we can't pay. Equally, Elite league Brits won't want to give up on development to play mid-table EPL ........ they'll be plenty of top league sides willing to snap them up.

We're okay as we are ....... just need some fine tuning !
