Big crunch game this weekend along with JNE vs W/wood!!

With Back of the net moaning and whinging about the royal mail dream team and how the players only drop down to win trophies his side have the opportunity to now back up his words and stop them from doing this!! :soo:

Back of the net vs Hempo!! I know Darren got all his prem stars out this week as he want to prove a point and make him cry some more:cry:

Shame I gotta play as would love to see the royal mail/nags head prem dream team give BOTN a whopping that he deserves for being a right whinger :blh:

I suspect your rant has just made his team talk a little easier! Should be a corker of a game.

Any predictions?

Big game where??
JNE nice try mate but fishing on Friday won't have me biting!
Hemps has a good side assembled and he's a good player/manager so i have upmost respect for him...
If you actually read my messages you'll see that I wish them all the best as I actually know a couple of his players - the intial conversation was a few people HOPING they were not POT HUNTERS....
Oh and JNE, if you're on about crying I think you need to ask Darren all about that - following a foul on him by one of our lads he sat there and actually cried to the ref asking him to stop it, yes he was really crying, OH DEAR!!! we ****ed ourselves and his own team were well shamed
they beat us 2-1 in a really good tough game we all enjoyed, well apart from Emps clear handball in our area for the winning goal - ask him about that too if you like.

good luck in your game JNE anyway... I know we'll need plenty to match the ALL STARS FROM THE MIGHTY PREM....
actually my players are so scared now I think I'll be lucky to get a team hahahah - yes we're underdogs and we'll be lucky to get a result but we'll enjoy the game and a pint with em afterwards!

Who has Hemps got out exactly? Joe Bailey, Ian Locke, Darren Paling and himself are the only ex-Nags Head players that I know of and none of these are exactly spring chickens. Still good players though, if those four plus my old friend Chris Crotwell (used to play semi-pro) are all playing can't see Hemps boys losing. I would also have liked to watched that one but we have a cup Q.F. against Woodston Seniors so best of luck.P.S. bit early to describe Hemps as a good player-manager as it is only his first season but will except he is a great player. I hope now that he has the extra resposibility that he keeps focused and does not get sidetracked, if you get my meaning.

Mick that's 4 decent players you've mentioned plus Chris crotwell is 5 - that's half a side - fair play to em as I said before, we enjoyed our game with em early in the season when we lost 2-1, was a tough encounter and we were pleased to have matched them for so long... A sneaky handball finished us off in the end though but to be fair they were getting the upper hand before then and maybe shaded it.
can't understand why everyone jumping on this match as some sort of grudge encounter though, we lost 2-1 and we all shook hands afterwards, on here I wished Darren well with the team and management so find it odd JNE and a few others are stirring it up with a 3rd division outfit? must be bored eh!

good luck with Scarletts this weekend by the way Mick.

Good weeknd JNE???? maybe not eh :soo:
makes the Prem look VERY interesting now though.

The wind-up against us boys did the trick in our camp, cheers mate.
Went 1-0 up then 2-1 down and finished 2-2 so not a bad result seeing as all the 'Prem Stars' were going to batter us eh?
The Royal Mail team are a great set of lads and some said we deserved and wanted it more...
Hemps threw his toys out of the pram (again) at the final whistle though, I think he thought we'd roll over but when we didn't he got he arse for 90 mins, funny as f*ck to watch mind you...
Even his own team were saying he should sort it out, if he does, they've got a right good player and potential good manager to do really well,
We honestly wish em all the best.

I did say that Hemps has to get his head right. He is still learning the ins and outs of Sunday Morning Management. Its not just about being a good player and football knowledge. Having the best team on paper doesn't always mean that you win.Give him time, but don't expect him to too gracious in defeat its not in his nature, dummies and rattles will always fly.
What were Prem results, Scarletts lost 4-2 Woodston, poor game with very little quality from either side, Woodston deserved their win.Waited for nearly an hour in the Office Spec.

cheers Blue Boys... I think you play Mail in 2 weeks time - we've got Werrington Village in the Semi Final of the PFA that day so big games for us both..

great to see a bit of banter going on for us Sunday league sides for a change.
The Prem looks well interesting right now with any from 4 teams capable of winning and the banter flying around, Div 3 still up for grabs (Mail still hot favourites though) and good banter also.
Best of luck Netherton in the Northants cup by the way.
