Many thanks Super Jube.Would be a waste now if we didnt see the job through but it will be very tough for us.I will make sure the the team gives it all on the day and have no regrets afterwards. If we do that then we cannot complain.May i take this opportunity to wish Fletton all the best in the Hunts Cup and hope they go on to win the trophy.
yeah good luck lads. give us a final to go to so we can we can show those ucl clubs what we're made of in terms of supporting our fellow peterborough league clubs and you can show them what you're made of on the pitch!
All the best Tommy. Time to claim another UCL Scalp!!
And we will do our best to overcome Huntingdon to make it a hat-trick of wins on Saturday for Peterboro Prem sides in County Cup action. Good luck to Fletton and PSL

And I think you will find Alconbury are playing Yaxley as well as Hampton v Huntingdon and Fletton v St.Neots in the Hunts Cup. Logically none of them should win, but history and gut instinct says 1 will.
I have always said that Peterborough League teams are capable of beating UCL sides in one off's, as we proved in the Hunts final against St.Neots, but that the fact remains that it is a level, and in the Hunts Cup sometimes 2 levels, above our league.
It therefore makes PSL's achievements deserving of real recognition that they have done it 4 times. They obviously have the belief that they can win when they step onto the field and in the likes of Ben, Joe, Dwayne & Jamie they have players who maybe should be playing at UCL Prem level alongside old warhorses like Atty & Growler.
Fully expect to read triumphant postings from all concerned when me and the last of the summer wine crowd get back from the England v Scotland Rugby tomorrow night and good luck to you Mr Flynn.
As I mellow in my retirement, think it would be nice for you to win the Northants Cup, Fletton the Hunts, Moulton the league (finally!) and Perkins the senior cup.
PS: Unfortunately I am in Johanessburg on Feb 20th Tom, so will miss the Tractor Boys continue their surge into mid table against the fast sinking Wolves! (I went to Stoke v Ipswich Tuesday night, 0-0. I probably have been to worse games, but none spring to mind)
