whats going on at farcet?

just been told that jimmy brattan has quit as manager. does anyone know if this is true? if so anyone know why?

I think it's called the Seb Hayes effect. Players starting leaving Oundle, Seb gets the sack, goes to PSL, players start leaving, Seb moves onto Farcet, manager leaves. And it's still January.

Im sure a few players leaving PSL has nothing to do with Seb...

If Seb has taken over Farcet for now or for next season, all the best to him...

Dont be suprised to see Farcet plying their trade in div 1 before long...

i've heard that people at the club were getting worried about all the positive changes that jimmy and seb are starting to make this season and were going to make next season. at the end of the day if you dont want a much better team on the pitch WHY RUN A FOOTBALL CLUB :soo:

Spider Man, whilst i respect your opinion and really not bothered about your identity may i make the following statement and add its factuality.Players who left Sports left for their own selfish greed and thought they were bigger than the club.Seb had nothing to do with them going.I fully understood Sebs decision to leave,i cant say i was happy because he was great at his job and a great bloke to have around myself and especially the players.I think you will also find Seb was actually signing players when he was sacked by Oundle Town.Im afraid your statement holds no water Spider but thankyou anyway.Wherever and whatever Seb does in the future it can only be good for local football.

Ref my stepping down as manager: the reason for this has nothing to do with the arrival of seb ( as it was me who got him to farcet in the 1st place ). I have stepped down due to differences with memebers of the club, these differences are at present being resolved. Does this mean i will step back into joint management with seb? Yes it does, but it will be next season.

I am staying on as a player and will support seb for the remainder of this season. Hopefully by then all ?'s regarding the future of the club we be solved.

We have put in plans as to what we want to do and were we want the club to go, but these things take time!!

With me stepping down it gives me the time i need to discuss matters with the relevant people to ensure we can achive our goal.
