View Full Version : Crowland Robbed by Perkins!!!!

I was down at Perkins watching there game against Crowland and I must say that Crowland were by far the better team for the majority of the 90 minutes and took a deserved lead on 60 minutes played, to only be hit but two very late goals by Perkins which ended in them losing 2.1.

Did anyone else watch the game and want to comment on it?

Yeah i watched the game pass me by, you are not wrong Crowland played very well and deserved the lead but thats football for you. we've all had games we should have won only to walk away with no points, thought the lad in the middle was very good and their whole team deserved more.

I felt that the wide men for Crowland look quite good and seemed to have the better of the full backs, but must admit the lad in the middle with Ginger hair I think, was quite good.

Yeh worst game ever!!

Not very enjoyable to play in at all.

Crowland did deserve something out the game but hey.You play really well sometimes and lose so why not play badly and win!!??

Just hope we improve for this week in the cup.

The ginge in the middle I think is Martin Ward....made Harbs look a right mug hey mate!!??In all seriousness a very good prospect.

no not full back. played in the middle. was 2 yards off the pace, and nearly creid in front of the whole team when i got my roasting at half time.
i learnt a lesson not to try and make an on the spot excuse for playing rubbish though! i won the award for worst comment ever and look forwards to collecting that award at the end of the season.

I have a feeling Crowland will be staying up this year, easy no doubt about that. Only really bad result they have had all year is losing to 10-2 to Fletton. They were awful but they are starting to look a decent team.

had mouldeds on so i said
"i can't stand up"
A. what the HELL did i have mouldeds on for?
B. Why did i answer the manager back in the first place (im sure it was a heat of the moment rhetorical question) "Whats wrong with you? are you fit?"
C.i changed to blades and seemed to get worse so the excuse didn't hold!

as nipper said the ginger lad took me to school!
