Heard from big Jan that over Xmas he won the 'unofficial' spoof world championship beating Wraggy in the final.

Whatever happen to the days of big spoof competitions - I'm sure there are a lot of people who reckon they are experts - Jon W, tommy, Spec, Milney - spring to mind immediately

What about organising a quarterly competition Jon?

There's no way Tim Keogh could have been playing for Big Jan to have won.

Dave Pierre & Paul Moyses were both decent players, Wall was like a Janet & John book, but I will have to decline as my international spoof manager won't let me play in regional competitions.

Perhaps Tim Keogh was playing but they played it on a tiled floor which set off an alarm if a coin happened to fall on it.
The only way to play spoof with Moyses and Pierre would be to visit Milton Golf Club on a Friday afternoon, although playing for cucumber sandwiches is not quite my cup of tea

Tim Keogh was very good when he had his pal sitting across the table passing him hand signals....i might have been easy to read Tom, but dont recall too many heavy losses, you were a little bit like your dieting, start very very well but i remember your last few games resulted in heavy defeats! Great idea Brian
