Kevin stop asking everyone who they are - Your old "Uncle Graham" dosen't like it!

I predict lots of entertainment at the Oak v Woodston game on Sunday with the Oak forced to field an ancient yet experienced side - I'll say no more at this stage, though things are not yet bad enough for us to have to get Steve Phillips to play. Ruddy needs throat pads apparently for Billy B's tackles (if he ever gets on of course)

I am arranging for a crack medical team to be on standby should my oxygen supply fail and yet I somehow predict a win for Peterborough's most successful Sunday side of recent years (maybe!!)

PS what is the largest pair of shorts we have got ?

18 Stone of pure quality - Foggy video is in the post - watch and learn and maybe you will get more than 45 minutes next week.

Oak will be back to normal side next week with stars replacing the showbiz duo - Billy B awesome as well.

Only problem was that I misjudged the ground a little and my slippers are now ruined

Spec how old is your missus?

Right I have not got a clue on the games being played on Sunday morning (prem) don't seem to be bothered these days. Bit like some of the oak players this season lol.mind you bit gutted for tommy come back again again again man of the match last week cooper poor lad has been dropped for the big game against the arch rivals.mind you he may need the rest as the ol sloth (as in football terms ) has been on one of his round the world trips this time I think he went up the AMA Bo Bo river spreading the word of insurance to an African tribe . God I hope they did not eat him (a bit fatty and chewy but I bet the meat near the bone is lovely) back to the game in Question oak v jube funny one this season to call as I and most of the oak supporters and players have not got a clue who is turning up on Sunday mornings I no for a fact that dars'y is trying to get more players into his squad as he only has 36 on the books . Poor lad was seen in Walton rek looking for some local talent but left in a huff cuz they would not let him have a go on the slide.(or was that the talent he was after?????dars'y got to go to bretton for that mate £5 B.J.not bad but put your wallet in your socks lol) right back to the game oh one more thing foggy (the scum 1 )you was asking after me mate the leg is coming along fine now thanks for asking. Im walking about on it well limping lol but the days of kicking a ball are over (thank god cuz the games gone to pot now )right the game lol in my heart 2 . Nil oak but what I've seen of the oak and what I've herd or the jube this season my head says a jube win sorry lads.plus if you have bainsy in your team your on to a winner (hi bainsy thanks for the hat )so after all that I'am going for a draw lol.

And foggy (the scum 1 ) me ol mate here is something for you !!!!

Foggy (the scum 1 lol ):" says to the jube manager 'I'v
Just had a good idea for strengthening the team boss."
Jube manager: "Good! When are you leaving?"

Two bretton (jube) players are walking along the street. One of them picks up a mirror, looks in it, and says "Hey, I know that bloke!"
The second one picks it up, looks into the mirror and says "Of course you do, you idiot - its me!"

Apparently, the jube manager has offered to send the jube squad on an all expenses paid holiday to Florida, but they said they'd rather go to Blackpool so they could see what it's like to ride on an open-top bus.

How do we know Jesus didn't come from bretton
Because in bretton we couldn't find three wise men and a virgin!

Only banter foggs lol (or is it !!! )all the best for Sunday if you get up. may the best team win hopefully not you. keep it clean (not ) see you sunday foggs you can buy me a beer or two

Quality Robbo!! Enjoy the jaunt this afternoon with the boring 2!! Yawn Yawn. Tommy not go the video yet!! I wanna see if you managed to ruin anyone elses career like Matt Raysons!!

Think tmrw will be closer than what people think and hope we not to complacent after last time!! Hope a good game and Foggy(2) concentrates on playing rather than trying to kill Bainsey!!

See you tmrw mate!!

JNE
06-11-2006, 12:13
Did and very comfortable George

Was another good win for JNE with us being mainly dominant it would be fair to say (i hope). 3-0 was a fair scoreline but could/should have been more with us hitting the woodwork 3 times and missing 2 sitters. Oak had a decent side out and was a hard game for us and hopefully they will have the same side out against other title contenders!! :soo:

I enjoyed the banter with Robbo and the walton posse when running the line before replacing the unlucky Tyler after 25 mins!!

People are saying the league is ours, not having none of that and with hard games ahead it to early for that, just one game at a time for us starting with Blue boar in the league next week.

One win for JNE this year is my £20 off Mr Trophy for our win on sunday, Will collect when see you next tommy - Happy Days!! :pty:

robbo
06-11-2006, 16:21
Yes foggy ( the scum 1 ) great banter and well done on your win mate . Dominant ummmm not really lets just say you was the better team and yes it was a fair score line but that's it. Sorry to say this foggy but it was two poor team and if it was not for the banter I think I would of gone to the car boot sale that was in the focus . Must say me and a thew others of the old oak boys where a bit embarrassed . Yes we did have a decent side out . But what is the point of half the team turning up that don't really want to be there .the biggest joke was one of our players that got injured could not walk had to come off next minute he's running up and down the line with the flag . I felt for darsy on Sunday some of his players let him down with poor performances sorry ( gutless performances and they know who they are ) not only did they let him down on the pitch they let him down after the game as well. He knows what I mean on that one.one thing I did not like about your game foggs when you come on was trying to get our players booked or sent off. But as your not getting in your teams Saturdays and Sundays I think you should take up refing . At one point of the game we did not have a clue who was refing the game lol.and on that note and I hate to say this but the ref in Question Mr swann had a very good game no complaints there . But he should of sent Phil Anderson off for impersonating a football player lol. Well foggs nice seeing you again I would love to say all the best for the rest of the season but I hate you lot ( in a sort of nice way lol ) see you soon....

JNE
06-11-2006, 16:57
Thank you for your kind words Robbo and totally agree with the Oak players comparison.

As for getting people sent off, was asking Swanny why he had not booked the other Foggy and he replied that he had but no-one had seen the yellow card :soo: Am not the sort of player to get someone sent off and you should know that after mentoring me for 2 years - sort of!!!

Just wanna win something and then will retire from Sundays happily. Nice to see you walking around, Mouth seems ok as well

Catch up for a beer soon and a natter, just passing time playing footy this year keeping the semi-fitness up ready for another op in April/may and then all systems go for next year!!!

whats the next step for the oak ?

tom flynn
07-11-2006, 07:58
Hopefully a step backwards and take a long hard look at themselves. Its a shame to see the Oak in such dissarray.I have never seen an Oak side who wouldnt die for the cause until this season.I personally think the side needs fresh faces and or a consistent 14 or 15 players.I really hope they dont fold at the end of the season and can once again become the Oak i remember.

Harbs
07-11-2006, 15:58
Robbo you should have ran the line to help out.
Foggy i wouldnt say we dominated i mean i heard someone shout out the possession was 25% oak 75% Jubile(e) at one point so they had some of the ball.
I would mainly put the whole win down to our impact player wow i'd have paid to watch those last ten minutes!

robbo
08-11-2006, 07:02
I can hardly walk harbs mate let alone run . If I was fit I mite of been playing any way lol.mind you Evan with the state of my leg at the MO I would not of had any problem with Tyler or foggs . Mr broon at the age of 46 come on and give foggs the run around and could of scored.think he had to much gel on his hair  .

Harbs
08-11-2006, 08:32
Well Fogs is just playing this season for fun, he's going to get fit for next year. it will be like watching Roy Keane during his transformation from part time alcoholic to the words hardest footballer, you wait and see.
i was expecting to see Tommy appear doing some star jumps on the touch line but he didnt fancy it!

JNE
13-11-2006, 13:50
Jne won 12-2 yesterday with Mr A Bannie getting a goal before travelling!!

Really want to say that Blue Boar never gave up and even when down to 10 men due to injuries they tried to keep playing and were a credit to themselves and people who turned up to watch them. Hope they pick up soon as deserve too with that excellent attitude!!

See oak lost again and heard was another shambles? :soo:
Hope also they sort there act out as a very good club with some good people involved and Sunday football needs a Royal oak!!

Netherton continue their pursuit to retain the Northants Sunday Cup after todays 4-3 victory over Northampton Thorplands United. It was a good game to referee and was a good cup tie in all honesty. Netherton scoring within 2 minutes of the start then being pegged back from 3-1 up before grabbing the winner with ten minutes remaining.

How did the other Peterborough sides do today??

Harbs
28-11-2006, 10:51
Jubilee won 9 - 3 Baines scored 5 ZZZZzzzzzzzzz played well on the right, his best position i think. However the highlight of the game coming when Chris Brown skipped past the defence dragged the keeper out and struck a sweet lob over the keeper headed for the top corner the score at the time only being 2-1 to Jubilee so imagine the suprise on the faces of all players and spectators when the full back for this hard working Northampton side dived thru the air and plucked the ball from the top corner then walked over to the ref still holding the ball pleading not to be sent off! needless to say J Graham converted the penalty and with 10 men our opponents did well to pull another 2 consolations back!

thought Foggy would have made a comment on the game by now so just standing in for him... in which case i should put his normal comment in to cap the read off. we DOMINATED from start to finish.

Bainesy

Harbs
28-11-2006, 19:49
Oh common you looked like a dopey Christiano Ronaldo out on that wing clearly the position for you. and if you notice you have been out on the wing because even Mick Grahams shoulders aren't strong enough to carry you on a Sunday morning!
Dont knock it you could have been put on the bench. i hope you thanked the keeper after the game for moving out the way of all your shots bit like the racing keeper the week before!!

Bainesy
28-11-2006, 22:09
more of a lennon mate!!!! u just enjoy your run in team while it lasts seths back soon and u defo cant play out wide

As for racing as least my shot went on target u did well to to just miss the corner flag with your efforts :flip:

Harbs
28-11-2006, 23:23

best get some more training in midweek nip put in a good performace when he came on. could jeapordise your position!

Good to see the poor kids having so much fun on here - expect them to win all 4 trophies this year to be honest (though where have I heard that before?)
Foggy - what about that Ricky Beeney - top man!
Alan Swann always did know his football as well - I wonder if anyone will put you in their dream team?

30-11-2006, 08:44
They should win all 4 trophies, it is without doubt the most shocking sunday morning premier league of all time as predicted by yours truly 2 seasons ago and last season as well, I turned out for Woodston last Sunday in my first full game for nearly 2 years, no training, no warming up, 40 fags a day for the last 6 months, a heavy session all day and night the day before and didn't struggle remotely against 2 quick forwards, now that's a joke I should have been made to look a complete cock.
Sunday morning football is in complete disarray.

Harbs
30-11-2006, 10:36
Especially if you're having to put on your boots Spec!
It just works out well tthat he's gonna be out for a month now will give others a chance to join in. still be on guard Bains Garwell was gunning for your place when he came on too! plus you did spit you're Dummy out
"IM NOT PLAYING ON THE RIGHT WING, THAT WILL BE MY LAST PERFORMANCE FOR THE JUBILEE"! hahaha

JNE
30-11-2006, 11:23
Tommy - I can not allow for peoples poor misguided judegement, especially with Swanny and You - How much you throw him??

Spec as for poor sunday morning. Agree to certain extent as no depth in the league but 4 decent teams with JNE, westwood, Oak and Netherton!!
Different is, oak lost there best 2 players for last 3 years in Bainsey and Ruddy who constantly got them out the S**t and Westwood can not seem to get a settled side out and only get top side out against JNE!!!

Jne And Netherton both young sides and is a shame the old school of Nags, Golden lion, peter pan, Northfields etc.. are still not around as would be good to see what comparison we could have made against these sides in playing them!! But we will never know

As been said before JNE and Netherton made last 2 northants finals so league and sides can not be that bad!!

As for winning all 4 trophies - None of that talk please, League first and anything else a bonus although personally I would love to Win the Northants after coming so close last time - We will have to wait and see!!

Nipper
30-11-2006, 16:37
I hear JNE will be looking for a new right back after Randall got roasted by some rubbish player on sunday.

Reckon you stand a chance of gettin in there Bainsy!!!

Foggy will show you the ropes of defending as I reckon you dont know what it is!!!

RANDALL OUT, BAINSY IN!!!!!

spec
30-11-2006, 18:04
There are not 4 decent teams, Oak have gone, Westwood are on the slippery slope f*** me if 3 players can't turn up for the latter stages of the Northants cup what hope for the rest of their games, which leaves 2 teams who might as well play each other 5 times over the next 5 weeks and get the season finished.
Netherton might be a young side Foggy but while you're playing for JNE they'll never be classed as young  Randall I see you are poised to pen your first post so surely after Nippers dig it is time to play ??
