Rocket Ron sent us all out to a pre season training camp in Malia for lots of hard work and doggies... the strangest thing happened on a night out.
We're all in some indie bar going nuts to 'the killers' or something, when the DJ asked us where we were from (there were obviously quite a lot of us there ), when we said Peterborough, he launched into a rant (sounded like that mad comentator who did the "margret Thatcher, your boys took one hell of a beating..." speach)
"Old school Jack Hunt, Laristo's , Liquid, Netherton Fisheries, Born and Bread Axiom Avenue, Jason Bannie...."
Flipping hysterical , all that way to Malia and Jason Bannie's getting shouts out from the M.C! Very Surreal. Can't remember the blokes name (very drunk) but he said he hasn't been back to 'boro for about 7 years. ..
