:nwy: How about becoming a Referee.
A terrific package was put forward at the PSMFL AGM. You pay £57 to take the course, after completing 10 games for the Northants FA in any league you get over half your money back and after completing 10 games for the PSMFL you get the rest back and will also have earned over £220, and you might just have got some respect from teams.
You may of course get some sledging, report it to the FA and the league and let them sort it out - treat both sides fairly - send all of the off in some cases - remember its 2 yellows make a red not 3.

Perhaps the PSMFL could have 11 teams in a league if there were enough ref's to cover every game every week. :blh:
