So with Ortonians now out of the way, who will step forward and win the League next season?

I personally think any 1 of 10 clubs COULD do it so it is going to be another fascinating year

My odds would be something like: -

Hotpoint 3-1, Crowland 4-1, Alconbury, Whittlesey, Perkins, Moulton 8-1
Parson Drove 10-1, Oundle, PSL & Woodlands 16-1, Leverington 20-1, Stamford Bells & Pinchbeck 33-1.

Will enjoy taking in the odd game in my capacity of League Rep Side Manager (I understand that we are looking at a game in September) and seeing it all unfold - once again thanks to everyone for your further messages etc. after our ridiculous victory over St Neots Monday - in answer to your question Wills - No

to be honest tommy i think them odds are pretty much quite bang on. although i would maybe say Hotpoint on this years form be slightly more favourites n whittlesey on 6-1 n i would put woodlands closer as an outside bet. also im glad to see pinchbeck have been mentioned in a title race rather than relegation for the first time in god knows how many years

Ok so AFC Fletton would be the favourites. Could and should be shorter than 3/1 but it will be interesting to see if Mr Brown entices anyone across to Perkins and what happens with the Ortonians lads - I honestly have no idea what all of their plans are, as it wasn't a topic of much conversation believe or not (or not in my presence - I suppose we had our own job to concentrate on!)

Never say never young man, I am not as old as you lot think !! If i am brutally honest I would rather be playing next season, down to a good weight now it's whether I can be bothered to get fit, watch this space......
