I had to smile at Mr Lenihan's comments in the ET last night about us being the second worst team in the league. He was obviously very upset after Saturdays game in which they had a goal CORRECTLY disallowed. And yes, they had a lot pressure in the last 20 mins but I don't remember our keeper actually having to make many saves. It may be due to the fact that he thought we would be a "rollover", and that them city boys didn't like losing to "little" ol Pinchbeck (twice!!).
Also, Abbas playing Centre Half??? Not sure what that was about as I would say he is your best striker. Mind you, he got made to look a mug at times by our strikers.

i had to laugh as well mate, as the Sports team wanted to do at the end was just fight as they were not interested in playing football. Nice to see one of the reserves better players scoring 2 on Saturday as well.
So surely if were the second worst side in the league that must make them the worst as we have beaten them twice this season.
A double win for Pinchbeck ( “ second worst “ ) must hurt anyone on the receiving end!
I should not take seriously anything Mr Lenihan has to say.
Each season his team are going to win the league and by Christmas they are out of the race. Then this season he quit but looks to be back at the helm again.

2nd worst could have been a knocking of his own team pufc??? :stpd:
so do u think pinchbeck will finish high then pboro sports then? :bst:
your a desperate man tony who needs to get the pts anyway you can!!!
2nd from bottom last season 4th from bottom this season GREAT season :bst:
think sports were out of it a long time before xmas carrot cruncher :mnn:
stick to your brothers sister mum's dad thingy :pink:
Didin't think it would be too long before you would reply Carefree. Actually surprised it took you that long  Big game for you today in which you could decide where the trophy ends up
the loyal players(apart from browny who was on holiday) that have turned out almost every week and been let down the rest of their team mates played yesterday and the effort and work rate was first class!!!
oh and thanks pinchbeck i think getting mocked by a shower like you lot has humiliated the team in to gear!
Its poor when a another teams mocking stirs your players into action JB I thought yer manager could do that or is he too busy slagging off other teams
any extra motivation is always welcome so if you have any more it'll just help us finish even higher up the table than you in what we would consider a VERY dissapointing season. whereas you will be seen to have made progress on last season!
well pinchbeck got another win at the weekend so i take thats another fluke is it? n how does that make us 2nd worse team in the league wen there are 5 teams below us atm?

you pinchbeck boys really are thick :stpd:
still haven't worked out what was meant by 2nd worst team in the league yet!!!! :soo:
it meant that in his view pboro sports are the worst team you clowns!!
anyhow with 7 games in hand on you mugs there is no way you flower pickers will finish above pboro sports. :mnn:

All I can say is congratulations on your extremely successful season JB & Carefree. Considering you must have had aspirations for at least a top 6 finish, I guess you all must be pleased to have finished where you have.

oh yeah pufc stupid :stpd:  we know what a crap season we've had but as u boyz stated 'what a great season you have had' :bst: 4th BOTTOM! your fantastic :dsc:
maybe you should take up politics instead of football, as they talk loads of crap too :blh:
i hear the only reason you are manager at the great pufc is because of the money you put in .
good at making cash :soo: not as a football manager :mnn:
i think you have got it wrong none of our managers come on here i dont know where you got that from??????
as for us being stupid i disagree again
also it is a good season for us when you look at previous seasons and it is a bad season for you and if you get any kick over thinking you have beat us in the league well your quite sad when you should have beat us anyway!
and anways whatever is said at the end of the day we beat you twice this season

I think that was .... GAME ...SET ... AND MATCH carefree !!!!!!!!!!
well yeah we cant take away you are higher than us in the league!
but if you take a minute to look at it from our point of view you may realise what we have been saying!
now we have created some sort of verbal hatred going on the matches next season will be much better and competitive do you not agree?i look forward to the matches next season
much prefer to play in a game with a bit of background to it rather than an average run of the mill game as it ads a bit of spice which usually makes the game more physical which is much more enjoyable
Peterborough Sports have an great squad of plalyers and they must be the biggest under achiveers perhaps that is down to Mad Al their manager more than anything else
If they got Tommy C back there next season you might see them follow the Ortons path
new manager has been confirmed to us and it's not tommy "C". there will be no room for the complacency next season that has hampered psl this season.
not sure whether the club want the new manager to be known yet so i wont say who it is but apparently from a few people i've spoken to it's no big secret anyway!

To be honest Carrotts it's not Down to "Mad Al" that PSL have not achieved much this year !!!! And to be totally fair to the old boy , Psl would not be here really without his support and sponsorships !!! You tell me another manager that does so much for the club both time AND financially !!!!!!!!!!!!! :uk2:
Its no wonder he is a bit thin on top, the stress that the ladz have been giving him .Not only doe's he do a great job at the helm of PSL 1st team, he is VERY much involved in the junior alliance teams aswell !!!
AL is very much force in the PREM DIV , Lets be fair here , can anyone remember AL at the start of the season bragging on how he was going to win the league ????????? NO !!!!!!!!! Next season with the help of a joint manager the pressure is taken off 1 person !!!!!
ROLL ON NEXT SEASON !!!!!!!!!!!! :pty2:
carrots you really are a xxxx. The likes of Al Lenihan are rarely seen in clubs these days. He runs around for the youth teams, helps a lot of youngsters get into the game and is the only reason why PSL still exists.
You like to critisice , take a look in the mirror instead and concentrate on making Pinchbeck a top team :pty:
Moderated [Paul]
Typical answer from JW Just look at Al success over the year and the players he has had. Some tipped them to win theleague this season but ikn fact they never ven threatened. As for you Bacon the buck stops at the manager he siogns the players and PSl has some good ones but once again have failed miserably
Obviously Al is not outting his moneyon the right direction
Anyway Wal wot about that big game you had lined up for Ortonians as they missed out on the the PFA when is that to be played or is it more pie in the sky
sadly Tom couldn't get it sanctioned. Am very happy to have an even money bet PSL finish above Pinchbeck next season??
Enjoy the summer, good growing weather expected

I think Carrotts , if you were a proper footballer ( has been / or current ) ?? you would understand that players have work commitments and family life issues and plain and simply INJURED how do you expect to have a constant team playing regulary week in week out ??? is that AL'S fault too ????????? common sence is needed !! and just to put it in to context , my team finished the remaining 6 fixtures with 13 players missing from selection due to injury / work / family issues....IS THAT MY FAULT being a manager ?????????????????????
i scrapped the barrell with 11 players each week just to get the fixtures in and not get the club fined !!!!!!! :rnt:
And it cost my lads promotion !!!!!!!! just thought i would drop that in the equasion too !!!!
To blame Al is unfair that man works tirelessly for all his clubs causes and is someone who should be RESPECTED no be-littled for his efforts.
People do not always realise the work that goes on off the pitch to administer teams and leagues.
Keep up your efforts Al and enjoy the break Im sure your club appreciates you! :nwy:

lads i think that u wil find that carrot is a pboro wind up merchant. sure that all cldn't give a t**s what he thinks
even more so if he is GINGER! :bst:
under achieved??? success at both stamford and blackstones in the late 90's, founder of lord westwood f.c 1989, help pboro's oldest football club psl formally brotherhoods (100 yr old nx season) stay in the league when on the brink of finacial ruin, set up psl youth teams, sucessfull local businessman, very nice home in the country, great family (and extended), very nice car, plenty of cash, holiday home in miami and loved by 40 plus footballing kids
so who wld u prefer 2 be? AL or carrot :soo:
the only fault you can find with al is that he's too nice but i think with the new man coming in there will be a "good cop bad cop" managment that i would've thought will be very good for the club.
watch this space for next season
could carrots be mr judge?? We know there havebeen psuedo names used by you fellahs in the past!

Sorry to disappoint Carefree but Carrots is not on my menu
Just returned from holiday and would point out that I too know how hard Al works at keeping PSL going and thoroughly deserves some success for all he has done perhaps next season
But what a finish from Ortonians

respect for that mr judge.
jon w seems to always get on the wind up when it comes to you just by reading his past postings.
so how about jumping on board at psl then or are you going to take a break?

At the moment a break is definitely on the cards
But who knows how soon I will get bored on Saturdays but if i can help in any other way give us a call
Watched the game at Crowland for about 30 minutes and thought Peterborough Sports played well but Pinchbeck will be a much stronger force next season and the games should be good

u talk out ur butt carrots, u never went to watch the game at all as i know that there were only either crowland or psl persons there. AL kept a look out i can promise u that and would have had a word with any one outside of these teams.

but then again u r showing what a pratt u r. but a friendly warning son don't get found out who u really are!!!!!
