ok, ok it's not until next Sunday the 14th, but we have no league game this weekend (friendly at Bushfields v Parkway this Sunday)..
But what a fantasic start to our debut in the Prem, this was one game I honestly looked forward too when getting promoted, away at Westwood, should be a cracking atmosphere and some of our lads know and work with some of the Westwood lads so the banter is already cranking up ...
Will DEFO look forward to the banter before during and after and of course a pint with the boys afterwards...
Early predictions anyone??
Oh and any early shouts on new signings for Sunday sides?
Edge and Paul to 252 is an intersting one..
Weston/s to SSPIO a good signing/s
D Todd with Cooks is good for them

you and Bainer defo signed and playing for Westood then Foggy?
Makes it even more interesting for us, you lot shouldn't have to get out of 2nd gear then really - just ask "Double Figures" Nipper hahaha..
Seriously though, it was 1 fixture we looked forward to based on the lads that come and watch and the whole atmosphere etc, just a bit added now with you there and the lads that work alongside some of our boys!!

the joys of who's signing and who isn't just rolls on and on haha...
will that one between you 2.. either way we're looking forward to our Prem debut in one of the toughest games we'll have had to date!!!
you have already faced some of your toughest games you just didnt realise cus they took it easy on you ;)

That's taking 'Going Missing in a game' to a new level mate haha..
sean we have sgned john redell as well and he scored 30 odd goals in div 1 last year so he is a good signing for us

hello mate... when you say 'US' is that SSPIO, Parkway or Lord Westwood you mean?
Bainsey gotta work sundays so unlikely he will sign. Have signed but will not play until after Great North Run on 5th October so will miss next week!
Harbs always missed westwood game - Tell you something about his character and balls???

Richie I heard John might be away already, hope not but understand he has a lot of mates at Parkway. We have signed an ex-world cup captain, can't say anymore than that but all will be revealed at a later date, don't want to be in trouble with agents and Lancaster Gate.

bit early I think Raph... I think the ET may speak with him next week and might do something with it after that...
Todays ET should include the Prem Ins and Outs article where they show who's signed who and what teams people think will do well etc... our man may get a mention in it but might not... we'll leave that one here though!
sspio, why would i say 'us' about westwood or parkway? is he supposed to be signing for them as well?

Well we play Parkway in a friendly this Sunday and I heard Reddell had signed for them?

hahaha nice try Nipper, put the rod away and concentrate on your chat up lines, which I hear are somewhat lacking recently.......
FYI:
4 promo's, and 3 cup finals with 1 trophy in 5 years as a new manager is something I'm fairly happy with for now and now I'm retired from trying to play, I'll crack on with managing properly!!

Trophies Harbs...? I only mentioned 1 above mate, pre season cup and one we're proud of as we beat Stilton and Whitt 1st's amongst others to get it.
4 promo's, all either 2nd or 3rd placed but still went up and the 2 other finals were Northants cup we lost on pens and PFA lost 2-0 to Lord Burghley, that's it I'm afraid for my 1st 5 seasons as a rubbish player and perhaps average manager haha!
