Lets have your county cup results put down so we know how well the peterborough league is doing compared to other local talent!!!
Lozzaman
I try where I can to mention the county cups. However we need the clubs to telephone the results into the league, as per rule. I also intend to add links to the various counties to the site in order to view the results there. Northamptonshire FA, for example have all the results listed.

I believe the link for the lincolnshire fa is
www.lincolnshirefa.co.uk/countyCups/Competitions/CountyJuniorCup
I assume the others are something simular as all the fa websites are set out the same.

Just like to say Moulton beat Morton 6-2 in the County Cup today! Hope Crowland beat Kirton!
I believe the link for the lincolnshire fa is
www.lincolnshirefa.com/countyCups/Competitions/CountyJuniorCup
if I can just amend your quote lozzaman, '.com' instead of '.co.uk'
Crowland did beat Kirton and will now face Waggon and Horses (Sleaford) who are made up of a few of Sleaford Town Reserves (who Crowland beat 2-0 in a pre-season fixture) managed by an ex first teamer/Bourne player Steven Garfoot.
Holders Moulton now face Billinghay Athletic last seasons Quarter finalists and unbeaten in The Boston Premier.
Do Reserve teams have a county cup in your neck of the woods?

Billinghay3-0Moulton,
Sad state of affairs, John Ball, Will Taylor and many others out in midfield which left Moulton with a make shift midfield that was topped off with one of the worst performances of the season so far. We probably did string 5 passes together sometime during the game but poor marking and awarness made us pay, we had 2 chances to score, didn't take them, that is that!
Never Mind Lozzaman. I have often said on this forum that I believe that Moulton are more than capable of lifting the Premier Division title. However IMO they have often been thwarted by too many cup games. I know that not everybody may agree, but it could be your year. Yesterdays result may prove to be a blessing. Good luck for the rest of the season and compliments of the season.
Unlucky Lozzaman but you get games like that now and again. Hopefully we can go on to lift the Cup to keep it local!!
Any info on Billinghay (in case we get them in another round?) I see Langtoft also progressed in the same competition. Well done them

Billinghay must have played well or Moulton had a bad game, as Moulton, I thought, easily beat Heckington in last years final.
Billinghay won Boston League last year, 2 or 3 Ex- Sleaford Town players
What was Crowland v Waggon game like?
Just seen result on another thread 8-1
We played really well against an average side. Our trouble lately is that we've been playing average sides but not performing as we should be and only just scraping wins, but Saturday we came out all guns blazing and were 2-0 up within 5 minutes. Defensive error and a good finish brought it back to 2-1 but 4-1 up at half time (first half hat-trick for Chad Millar). Controlled the second half very well and everyone wanting to get involved all the time. Really enjoyable game actually.
We lost in the semi's in extra time 2 years ago so would be nice to at least get to the final (if nothing else, for the fans and family)
I know it's an outside shot, but we're still on for the treble at the mo!! HAHAHA
A home draw for the Quarters, cant ask for more
Crowland Town v AFC Friendship ,
Billinghay Athletic v Heckington United ,
Fulbeck United v Tilted Barrell ,
Langtoft United v B.B.M.
Think the winners will come from the Billinghay v Heckington Tie, now Moulton are out
Got no faith in the Crowland boys then Ian?
We played Heckington about 4 years ago and they were a decent side. All depends on who turns up on the day.
Like you say, nice to have another home tie. We seem to have played the majority of our league games at home already so good to have a 10 minute journey rather than 1hr 10 minutes!!

Watch out for friendship, played them afew years ago, a very physical side and they're quite a rable, important to stay disaplined and you will do alrite, abit like parsons drove but play football abit better.
But as I say, that was a bit ago but they must be pretty good to get this far!
sounds like they have an appropriate name then-friendship!!
Thanks for the tips Lozzaman. I agree that they must be fairly decent to get this far - no easy teams at this stage. Probably be physical (from Gainsborough). Hopefully our football will shine through and we will progress to the Semis. Be wicked to get Langtoft in the Semis. Good luck to them also

Its a shame Moulton was unable to defend the trophy they won last year ! but also have to agree with earlier posts that maybe too many games for moulton in previous seasons have hindered our chances of winning the premier division, so lets just hope they concentrate on the two trophies they are yet to win ! how long will jonny ball and wills taylor be out for as from what i have seen they have been two of moultons best performers this season ?
County cups are in a different format next season.
The Lincolnshire league has been downgraded, their member teams will be entered in the Lincolnshire Junior cup
Hykeham Town
CGB Humbertherm
Horncastle Town
Wyberton
Ruston Sports
Caistor Rovers
and Skegness Town
