Rumours are going round that Moulton are once again after a few of the many talented youngsters at Pinchbeck. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Who are they and will they go?

oh bore off. we haven't got players that fit moultons age bracket. Anyway we know who they are after and these players have already pledged their future as they can see the club going places. We already know off some illegal approach talking toa certain player at work and then also at a car garage about going to moulton next season. The poor player can not even go out and look for a new car.

i have heard rumours but there are apparently 3 players on the moulton hitlist and all three players have said they are staying and two said they would never go to moulton they for some reason dislike moulton! I just find it ironic earlier in the season harrox were bad mouthing all pinchbeck players and now want three of them so surely harrox are either dropping their standards or bull****ting i will let you decide!

Do i detect some animosity between Moulton & Pinchbeck??!! I'm sure Moulton don't look to Pinchbeck alone to replenish their side!

Who are these mystery talented youngsters at Pinchbeck then? I assume Posey is one

There has always been a rivalry between Pinchbeck & Moulton Hyppia.

I also have to say to the young lads at Pinchbeck, that they are better off staying where they are, as the grass is not always greener on the other side. They are all young and if they stick together and progress as a team, then they will no doubt be challenging for honours.

I have also heard that Moulton are a bit of a "clicky" club, and they have their favourites no matter what. And I am not fishing for trouble to all you Moulton lot who will no doubt barrage me, as I have heard this from several ex players who have left for this exact reason.

In answer to Robbo about bad mouthing pinchbeck players, if you check back you will see that posts after our game at pinchbeck which we won 2 1, did anything but bad mouth them. Both games between us this season have been close and played in the right spirit. A lot of the so called 'rivalry' is between the younger players from both clubs who used to play in the same team at youth levels.

The players that have left Pinchbeck to join Moulton over the recent years have done so purely by their own accord, everybody has a choice.

Hcore not sure where your comments about 'clicky' come from (apart from ex players who have failed to break into the first team), at the end of the day you have to play your best team dont you?

If you look at our team/squad over the last couple of years you will note that a lot of new players have come in played regularly, and fitted in very well, the point being that they have been good enough to enhance the team.

I can understand your disappointment at losing quality players such as John Ball, Wil Taylor, Joe Townsend etc, but if your production line is as good as you say them you have no problems.

As you well know players get spoken to all the time, surely they can just ignore it if they want, they should be pleased that their performances are warranting other clubs showing an interest.

I agree that if all the young players stick together they could do very well, but this hardly ever seems to happen

Like I said No3, I was not trying to stir up trouble. I was just saying what I have heard. It probably is a case of people saying that because they could not break into the team.

I watched both the games between the 2 sides this season, and both were very close. You would never have known that Pincheck were near the bottom of the table.

Must say I was very impressed with the young lad who plays centre midfield for Pincheck. Is this one of the players that Moulton are after by any chance? As I would not be surprised if it was.

Would agree with you about the games and we were more than happy to take all the points as we probably didnt deserve to

Can honestly say I dont know if we are 'after' any players from Pinchbeck, although I'm sure every team in the prem will be trying to sign new players in the summer.

It's logical that teams local to each other will now and again lose players to their 'rivals', very similar I guess to all the peterborough teams except there are many more teams so perhaps you dont hear about them so much.

i was not saying any bad mouthing was said on here but from the younger players of moulton who were winding things up were bad mouthing pinchbeck i never said anything about on here. as one of pinchbeck first teams young players who has played a majority of games for the first team this year and has been involved with the first team all season all the younger players at pinchbeck are all good friends and would not leave each other and there are alot of close connections within the club with several sets of brothers who play for the club!

The younger central midfielder mentioned was actually given mangers player of the seaon in a recent poll published in tuesdays E.T and is a good player, however needs experience and guideance along side him

Finally i would also like to comment on the fact i have heard rumours about one or maybe two moulton players being interested in coming to pinchbeck not naming any names

Any of you Moulton boys like to shed some light on this? Have you heard anything?

Also interested to know what other teams/managers think of Pinchbeck. As they are a young side, do you think they can progress and be a force in the Premier League?

I thought it was about time i made a return and no time better than a Moulton/ Pinchbeck feud!!!
I can assure you that Moulton have not approached any Pinchbeck players at the moment, though i must admit Pinchbeck are a team on the up. As many of you know that Moulton are struggling with injuries at the moment and are short of players, but i am sure that if Moulton do approach any Pinchbeck players it will be at the start of next season rather than now, with not many games left. Mind i do imagine that alot of the players will want to go to Moulton from Pinchbeck as the rivalry between the two clubs gets ever larger as Pinchbeck get better!
Best of luck to Pinchbeck, but no more crap please!
