Heres how the predictions league will work
Every week, i will select a total of 10 fixtures from the PDFL, the PSMFL and the PDSFL. I will also pick one extra fixture, either from other leagues around the county or from a professional league
Once the fixtures have been posted, you will have until 18:00 on the friday before the weekends fixtures take place, to make your predictions.
Posts made after this time will not be counted.
Points Scoring: -
3 points will be awarded for correctly predicting the score and the result
Example: -
Prediction: - Team A 3 vs 1 Team B
Result: - Team A 3 vs 1 Team B
1 point will be awarded for correctly identifying the result, but not the correct score
Example: -
Preciction: - Team A 1 vs 1 Team B
Result: - Team A 0 vs 0 Team B
Every week, i will then calculate the scores, and post the league table.
You have the option to pay for entry, or you have the option to enter just for fun
Those wishing to pay to enter, here is how it will work
There will be a weekly charge of £1 to enter this competition. Payable to me/PST, which will be held by me/PST until such time needed to pay out
****Amendment 01/09/2008****
At the end of the season, there will be a cash prize for 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place
Those wishing not to pay, will have thier own league table, and obviously there will be no weekly prize, although there will be an overall end of season prize, to be chosen at a later date by me
In the likely event of a fixture being postponed/cancelled for whatever reason, this fixtures predictions will be discarded.
I will keep a log of all entrants that are paying to enter, of all monies paid, which will be available on request.
Those wishing to enter this competition, please drop me a PM stating whether you wish to pay for entry or not, and i will then grant you access to this forum, and provide payment details where necessary
