View Full Version : Woodlands for the prem.
Great result for Paul and his team beating Hotpoint in the Hunts Senior cup. That's two prem teams they have beaten this year. Hope they get promoted this year as it would be nice to see Dave, Paul and Tommy fighting it out to see who is top manager next season. that is if Tommy doesn't bottle it as he as always had a bit of an inferiority complex where Humpy is concerned.

This site must be getting boring if we are having to resort to abusing ourselves Mr Wilson. Is it because I repremanded you for being too light hearted on the sideline yesterday, or are you trying to prove Lee Ayres wrong?
Speaking of Mr Ayres he was a no-show this morning, so that is a round of drinks next Saturday. He missed a commanding performance from Ipswich and a great victory over the budgies.
Heard that 11 players were out in town until late last night - careful or we might start getting a reputation - understand that Faith run out of Orange Squash at 1 point.
No show ayres,i can confirm that lee ayres woke up late after not getting a call from mr cooper(honest)

Thank you Charlie.
Having had the sense to expect that reaction from Mr Ayres, I have taken the liberty on maintaining my call records from last Sunday morning and will be able to prove to independent arbitrators that in fact 3 calls were made to his mobile at 7.45am, 8am and 8.15am last Sunday morning after which I needed to leave myself, in order to get to Norwich and watch my beloved Tractor Boys stuff the Budgies.
Charlie, could you please ask your friend Mr Ayres to ensure that he goes to the Bank BEFORE the game tomorrow, so that he is in a position to buy the round of drinks his actions (or lack of) require.
do we have a game tomorrow tommy you better let the lads know :soo:
Good luck to Ortonians and Woodlands this Saturday, would be great for Peterborough if they meet in the final. Wouldn't that be great for Woodlands if on their way to the top flight they beat 1st and 2nd in the Prem. Now that would definitely instill confidence for them for the start of next season
